Returns and Exchanges

We understand that it can sometimes be tricky buying fabrics online, therefore we do accept returns and exchanges. If you are not happy with the fabric that you have purchased and the fabric has not been cut or washed, it can be returned.

What you need to do:-

1.      Contact us within 14 days of delivery to say that you would like to return or exchange the fabric.

2.      Send the fabric back to The Stitching Post within a further 14 days. As long as the fabric is returned in its original condition, you will then either be refunded or offered an exchange. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning an item

3.      Your refund will include reimbursement for the original cost of delivery unless you opted for an enhanced delivery service in which case you are responsible for the difference.
